Introduction

The Independence Parks and Recreation hosts table tennis in the gym / auditorium at the Truman Memorial Building.

There are a variety of days/times available including both open play and league play.

Open Play Schedule

• Mon. 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Tue. – Thurs. 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Wed. 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm (starting 5/5/21)

Open Play Cost

• Independence Parks and Rec Membership – $10.00 / year
• Mon – Thurs. Daily Play – $1.00
• Wed. Evening Play – $5.00

NOTE: In order to play during the Mon – Thurs. times, you must have a membership to the Independence Community Center. You can purchase this from the front desk of the facility for $10.00/mo or $25.00/year.

League Schedule

• Wed. 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm (6/2/21 – 8/4/21)

League Cost

• Independence Parks and Rec Membership – $10.00 / year
• 10-week League: $50.00

The Truman Memorial Building follows the Independence City mandate, which no longer requires a mask to be worn by vaccinated individuals.
